As well as offering counselling I’m keen to share some information I’ve learnt and benefited from.  Each post may give you an idea of how I see mental health and how I work as a counsellor. I am keen to help break down the stigma attached to having a mental illness, getting help and what wellness looks like. I believe we are all on a continuum regarding wellness. Each of us at any point, given the right experiences could experience mental illness. Mental illness, in my eyes is a normal human reaction to traumatic, upsetting or difficult experiences.
